FRONTIERS

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts should be submitted to flint-cibi@eecs.berkeley.edu, by Oct 31, 2003.
Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their papers by Nov 10, 2003. Final papers are due by Nov 25, 2003.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their papers electronically. Electronic submissions should be sent by Nov 25, 2003 to flint-cibi@eecs.berkeley.edu.
Final papers should be formatted according to the IFSA/NAFIPS formatting guidelines.
The first page of the paper, centered on the top below the top margin, should include the paper title, the authors' names, and their affiliations. Six pages are allowed for each paper (for the workshop's proceedings).

Special issues of the Journals will be devoted to extended (10-25 pages) versions of a selected number of papers presented at the workshop. Also selected papers will be considered for a chapter of a book (25-35 pages).

Nov 10, 2003:	Notification of acceptance
Nov 25, 2003:	Receipt of camera ready manuscript (6 pages Max.)
Jan 1, 2003:	Receipt of selected papers for a Journal Special Issue (10-25 pages)
Feb 1, 2003:	Receipt of selected papers for a Book chapter (25-35 pages)
