UNIVERSITY-INDUSTRY-GOVERNMENT-ACADEMIC
PARTNERSHIP International Companies and Government Agencies support research
and technology transfer through sole-sponsor projects, multi-sponsor projects
or through a $125,000 annual subscription to the BISC
Associates Program.
Academic, research institutes, and non-profit organizations can join BISC
Associate Program through $1250,000 annual
subscription. The membership can be provided to the BISC program through BISC-MOU, BISC-ILP and/or BISC-BEECSA members programs. In addition to an annual membership, companies may support
the program through product, equipment, or technology donations. Companies
may also support program through CITRIS Program, Center for Intelligent
Systems (CIS) Program, and joint collaboration through the UC
Discovery Grant. BISC Strategic Program BISC Strategic Partners pay $250,000 per year for a
committed three years membership. They join with BISC faculty and researchers
to constitute the BISC Executive Research Council that establishes BISC
Program missions, create new field of research or new application areas (related
to the Soft Computing and Computational Intelligence) and oversees the
